Thinking about starting a family and want information on what to think about before conception and how to support yourself through a healthy pregnancy?
Have you been trying for some time but with no luck and need advice on what you can do to increase your chance of conceiving?
The ideal time for a woman to get her nutrition in order is three to six months before trying to conceive and there are many areas that we can work with to increase the possibility of falling pregnant, both from a nutritional aspect but also with lifestyle factors.
We will look at your current health and nutrition status but also areas that your partner need to consider pre-conception. We will discuss how you can enter pregnancy being as healthy as possible and why it is important to do the work beforehand. I will also include an overview of what we need to think about once you’re pregnant and through the different trimesters, certain things to avoid and foods that are important to include in your diet.
